Refund policy

You may submit a return application within 30 days starting from the date you receive the goods.
Items must be unused, with original tags and intact original packaging preserved completely.
We will cover all shipping costs for returned goods.
Products purchased through custom exclusive payment links are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
